Our managing director, Éva Fehér, is an Ambassador for Bridge Budapest’s “Conscious Business Culture” initiative. As a prominent member of the community, we share and actively promote the principles of corporate social responsibility and value-driven business behaviour. Among other things, we are committed to sustainability, long-term thinking, ethical business conduct, and value-based operations.

Building for Future Generations

We are building the future for the next generations today. JobGroup works closely with the Edisonplatform community, where we support the future of young people as a “Cool Company” and help parents to teach their children the skills of tomorrow. We look for the connections where we can make a difference for young people. That is why we have also started a partnership with Kompánia Foundation.

Supporting our Immediate Environment

In difficult situations full of challenges, we can do the most by turning towards our immediate environment. We look for foundations and initiatives where our support can be the most useful. We have connections with the Autistic Art Foundation, the Hospital School Foundation, and RÉS Foundation, among others. At the end of 2020, we provided financial and psychological support to our distressed agency workers. We provided free career counselling to jobseekers who were suddenly made redundant at the start of the recession.
