A Labour Market Report-ról

A 2021-es év rengeteg újdonságot hozott. Az üzleti élet, a döntéshozók, a HR a koronavírustól terhelt évet követően már felkészültebben néztek szembe az új kihívásokkal. A digitális átállás tovább segítette a munkaerőpiac talpra állását, azonban változásokat is hozott. A legkeresettebb készségek és képességek megváltoztak, új trendek, új partnerek és versenytársak jelentek meg a színen.
