For the first 13 years of my career as an economist, I have been associated with a biotechnology manufacturing company, where I gained my first managerial and later senior management experience. Based on my knowledge on the corporate side, I joined the consulting and headhunter profession and spent 14 years as a Senior Consultant, Executive Search Division Manager at ISG Group. Later I earned an Executive Coach degree.
With my many years of experience in executive search and selection and complex HR consultancy I joined JobGroup as Managing Director. I build JobGroup’s expertise with my strategic insights and result-oriented approach, while I am an active participant in executive search, coaching and consultancy projects too.
After graduating as aw Secondary School teacher from ELTE University, Budapest. I started my HR career in 1996 at the predecessor of our company, Ventiv Health (a market leading Pharma Recruitment & Outsourcing Agency). With the aim of enriching my HR knowledge I obtained a postgraduate degree in HR Management in 2001.
In 2010 I took part in a Business Coach course organised by KPMG Academy. In 2016 Ventiv Health merged with JOB Ltd, since then I have been leading Pharmaceutical Division of our company. Recently, in September 2021, I became Head of Executive Search Division.
I finished my education as an HR Economist Manager and Payroll, Insurance Specialist. After graduation, I joined a Hungarian personal advisor/HR company and I started my career as a member of the recruitment team. In about 2 years I got to know the service of temporary work, and I gained comprehensive knowledge over the years.
Nowadays, as the Head of Labour and Administration Team, I am responsible for all payroll, labour law, and labour administration tasks and I have to control the contracting and invoicing processes. I monitor compliance with contractual and legislative obligations in our division. My main role is to keep in touch with our partners and contractors too. Normally I have to coordinate the monthly routine tasks of my team from the onboarding to the exit process and I need to advice our team, if they have some exceptional or special issues.
