Mentoring-type cooperation

The Mentoring Consulting program involves mentoring-style cooperation. Here, too, you can choose from a variety of options so that we can tailor the professional support, guidance, and document review provided during consultations to best suit your needs. At the same time, progress and ultimate success will largely depend on your pace and internal implementation.

Flexible structure

Offers completely flexible consultation, with a minimum of 3 hours of live consultation per month, billing based on actual hours worked and pre-arranged background preparation, recommended for those who cannot commit to a fixed schedule but need professional support.

Minimum monthly hours

Provides regular consultation and background preparation, with a minimum of 10 hours of live consultation per month and pre-agreed background preparation, for those who want to ensure regular progress and background support.

6-month block of hours

A pre-booked package with 75 hours/6 months of live consultation and pre-arranged background preparation, with flexible use, recommended for those who expect longer-term support at a more favorable rate.

How do we work together?

We provide all professional knowledge, methodology, and best practices (including document structure, review, preparation of communication materials, and ongoing consulting). However, the pace of the project is primarily determined by the client's internal work pace and resources: the practical implementation of guidelines and materials, the development of documents, and internal approvals will be the client's responsibility. This is also an advantage, as it allows us to tailor our support entirely to the client's own pace, while at the same time the pace of progress depends mainly on the client.
