Needs assessment

To develop an effective search and selection strategy, we map our partners’ workforce needs, tasks, expectations, and the required set of competencies. Based on our experience and market knowledge, we provide job consulting.

Sourcing

We combine innovative search techniques with traditional headhunting methods to also reach passive candidates. Depending on specific needs, we use job ads, databases, aggregator sites, social media, referrals, and other methods.

Pre-screening

We carefully pre-screen relevant résumés, considering both professional and technical criteria as well as objective and subjective factors, and assess candidates’ motivation to change. Throughout the process, we maintain candidate engagement.

In-depth interviews and reports

Our structured consultant interviews are conducted either in person or online. We provide language and competency tests tailored to client needs. Our consultants prepare interview summaries with comprehensive parameterization of key characteristics.

Interview organization

We compile a shortlist of the best candidates, share candidate reports, and arrange interviews with the selected applicants. We manage the entire communication process and, if required, also support the interview itself.
