Closed training is tailored to specific needs and offers practical, customized solutions for a company’s own HR team. This format allows us to focus on the organization’s unique challenges, ensuring the program is fully aligned with the company’s specific expectations.

During the training, teams work on concrete strategies and case studies directly related to their own organization, which they can implement immediately in their day-to-day operations. The open and closed training sessions of the Sourcing & Recruitment Academy are delivered by consultants with 10+ years of end-to-end recruitment and sourcing experience, who are also actively involved in recruitment today.

Orsolya Franke – Senior HR Consultant, ProfileXT® Advisor
Orsolya has more than 10 years of experience in HR services. Her main focus is headhunting and managing specialist-level search and selection projects across various sectors, including manufacturing/production, sales, banking/finance, IT, FMCG, construction, and automotive—working with small, medium, and large enterprises alike.

Training topics

The workshop consists of five modules that guide participants step by step through the recruitment process.

  1. Introduction and preparation: defining positions, target groups, and keywords; creating job advertisements; developing sourcing strategies based on your own examples.
  2. Sourcing methods and tools: database search (LinkedIn, Profession), Boolean and X-Ray search, social media, IT platforms, direct search, the role of AI in modern recruitment.
  3. Contact and communication: written and verbal inquiries, preliminary interviews, employer branding, and enhancing the candidate experience.
  4. Interviewing: necessary skills, preparation, information transfer, and accompanying the candidate through the process.
  5. Stakeholder management: identifying stakeholders, necessary skills, time management, management consultations, approvals, other related areas (procurement, compensation).
