Recruitment, selection

After agreeing on the position, we conduct a comprehensive search and selection process, from finding potential candidates, to pre-screening and presenting suitable candidates, to organizing client interviews.

Offer

We send an offer to the selected candidate, and once it is accepted, the onboarding process can begin. In the case of uncertain candidates, we help with situations that require a decision.

Onboarding process

We handle the entire onboarding process, conclude the employment contract, sign the confidentiality agreement and all client-specific documents, so that the new employee can start work quickly and efficiently.

Labor administration, registration

We register the new employee and take care of all employment-related administration, tax returns, data reporting, deductions, and payment obligations.

Employee responsibilities

You will be the employer in terms of operational functions, such as determining working hours, defining tasks, and evaluating work. We provide you with all the information you need about your staff so that you are up to date with your colleagues.

Tasks at the end of the month

At the end of the month, we prepare the payroll based on the attendance sheet, transfer the wages, and send you the invoice, which you can account for as an expense.

I graduated as an HR Economist Manager and Payroll, Insurance Specialist. I have been working on the HR service side for more than 15 years, strengthening the labor leasing business of JobGroup.
