The process of temporary placement

Recruitment and selection

After briefing of the position to be filled, we carry out a full-scale search and selection process, from finding prospects, through the pre-screening and introducing of suitable candidates, to organising the client-side interviews.

Making an offer

We make an offer to the selected candidate, after the acceptance of which the onboarding process can begin. In case of uncertain candidates, we help to convince them.

Employment administration, registration

We register the employment of the new colleague and conclude the employment contract, sign the confidentiality agreement and all client-specific documents. We take care of all the administration, tax returns, data reporting, deductions and payment obligations related to the employment.

The onboarding process

We manage the entire onboarding process so that the new staff member can start working quickly and efficiently.

The performance of work

You will be exercising the employer’s rights in terms of operational functions, such as setting working hours, defining tasks or evaluating work.

End-of-month tasks

At the end of the month, we prepare the payroll based on the time sheets, pay the salary, and send you the invoice, the amount of which you can recognize in your accounting as an expense.

Our company is an AYCM partner, and therefore we provide all our temporary employees with an All You Can Move (AYCM) Sportpass. This allows our clients to support the health of their temporary workers without having to sign an AYCM contract.

Our consultant
