I have been working in the field of direct search and headhunting for over 25 years. While I have gained experience across various industries, my professional focus is primarily on the pharmaceutical sector. I graduated from the Faculty of Humanities at ELTE, where I not only acquired theoretical knowledge but also learned to think abstractly and interpret different styles, cultures, and behavioral patterns in a complex way. Later, I completed a postgraduate program in Human Resources to deepen my expertise in the field.
